Adapting the Workplace

UCC is recognized as an excellent format for building workplace dynamics. Programs focus on building self-esteem, cooperation, and teamwork. Our curriculum includes a variety of programs plus customized training. Our programs range in length from one day to on-going commitments throughout the year.

The UCC is a 20 acre training facility that features a high and low ropes challenge course. These courses serve as a tool for teaching personal, professional, and academic growth through adventure education. Most importantly, the UCC is safe. Staff and facility are certified annually to meet national safety standards set by the Association of Challenge Course Technologies (Adventure Based Experiential Eductators, Inc.)
