Employment Planning

The Individual Employment Plan (IEP) is a collaborative effort between you the jobseeker and a career staff member. The objective is to set up a method by which you can become successfully employed. This may necessitate augmenting your current skill sets so that you are better-suited for your career of interest.

  • Personal Goals - It is very important to establish a personal goal your life is a sequence of big and small choices and decisions. Setting a personal goal will help you stay on the right path.
  • Educational Goals - Are you happy with your current education level? What type of steps do you need to take to reach your prime education.
  • Career Goal - Where do you want to be in 5 years? What are the steps you're going to take to make this a reality?
  • Personal Barrier - What's holding you back from accomplishing your personal goal? What steps can be taken to overcome these barriers?
  • Education Barrier - What's holding you back from getting the education you want? What steps can be taken to overcome these barriers?
  • Career Barrier - What is stopping you from reaching your career goal? How can you overcome these barriers?
  • Job History - What type of jobs did you previously work?
  • Skills and Education - What type of skills can you currently preform? What is your highest level of education?
